LF MEMBER FOUND DEAD
Pierre Boulos an LF Member was found dead in the trunk of his car outside the Jemayze Hospital after disappearing two days ago. Forensic experts have concluded the cause of death was severe trauma to the head by a large metal object. Pierre Boulos was chairman of the LF Students Branch in the 80's and the dynamics of this murder are very similar to Ramzi Irani's death.

Missing LF Activist's Body Found Stuffed in Car's Trunk

Samir Geagea's Lebanese Forces suffered another kidnap- murder of a prominent activist as the body of Pierre Boulos was found decomposing in the trunk of his car two days after he went missing in Beirut. The discovery happened in Beirut's residential district of Jemayze Saturday afternoon. The car was parked outside a hospital in the district.

The crime rekindled ugly memories of the kidnap-murder of engineer Ramzi Ayrani, whose decomposed corpse was found in his car's trunk eight days after his mysterious disappearance in Beirut's Hotels district.

Like Ayrani, Boulos was once the chairman of the LF Students Branch. The LF Website quoted forensic experts as saying Boulos' death resulted from heavy club-beating of the head.

His parents were not allowed to see the body. There were scores of condolers at his house. Most prominent was Dr. Toufic el-Hindi the one-time political advisor to Geagea.

Geagea, who recently began his 11th year in solitary confinement at the Defense Ministry prison in Yarze, fired Hindi from the LF shortly after his release from jail last year after serving out an 18-month term for allegedly collaborating with Israel.

Boulos was an employee at the business empire of Beirut parliament member Michel Pharoun. His funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at Saint Joseph Church (Hikmeh School - Ashrafieh)
